My client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Hospitality Lead for their vibrant and exciting company at one of London's most iconic venues for hospitality and entertainment! 

As the Hospitality Lead, you will be an important connection between the team and Senior Managers leading by example.  You will run the café and deliver an exceptional experience for all customers and guests ensuring KPIs and targets are met.

The Hospitality Lead will engage with customers to make moments that matter and will pay attention to their feedback, passing it onto the team and to the Hospitality Manager to help celebrate success with the team while learning an improving from critiques.

The Hospitality Lead will ensure the right team members are in the right place at the right time and behaving in the right way. A passion for service, great food, and fun are all musts in this role!

Although this role is until July 2024 there is scope for a permanent position within the business for the right person.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the Café team provides exceptional customer service by adhering to industry standards and guidelines. This includes maintaining cleanliness and safety while consistently delivering high-quality food and service.
  • Enhance customer engagement, manage stock effectively, and increase sales.
  • Achieving excellent customer service standards every day is a priority, along with staffing the department appropriately and encouraging upselling.
  • Prolonging customer visits through excellent service, maintaining accurate stock levels, and providing comprehensive staff training, including food safety and customer service.
  • Emphasise the importance of compliance with processes, standards, and documentation.
  • Meet brand standards, improve customer satisfaction scores, and empower all staff to create positive experiences for customers.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in hospitality management
  • Experience with targets and KPI management
  • Experience or managing a team
  • Working knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards
  • Level 3 food safety qualification desirable
  • Tech Savvy
  • Background in a service-led industry desirable such as adventure parks, leisure parks, restaurants etc.

Salary – £27k per annum with a bonus scheme

Hours of work – 40 hours per week (includes weekends)
