They say that the average working person will spend roughly 30% of their life at work. We at CPI Selection believe that if this is the case then it is essential you are in a job that you are passionate about.
So within our company we truly strive to create an environment that our team thoroughly enjoys working in. We are a fun-loving, hardworking company that supports each individuals needs and rewards hard work.
So join us! And start the best chapter yet of your working life.
We will do all we can to support you with your career development and to help you achieve your goals both inside and outside of the office. We offer all the training and support you need, whether you are fresh to the world of recruitment or are an experienced consultant.
Every Monday morning we have our weekly shop and pick up an assortment of goodies that we enjoy throughout the week. At CPI we also promote flexible working and a strong work/life balance; we value the well-being of each member of our team!
Several of our team enjoy the benefits of being right next door to a fantastic gym, and make the most of it at lunchtime!
We love an excuse for a party and have both an annual Summer Ball and Christmas Party, which are the highlights of our social calendar.
We also have monthly social events, the most recent of which include bowling and laser quest, afternoon tea, spa days, curry night at our local Indian restaurant, and a charity fun run over inflatable obstacles where we all got thoroughly muddy.
We love finding opportunities to give back as a company. Along with the fundraising fun run for Children In Need, we’ve done many fundraising bake sales; spent the day planting trees and weeding with Chiltern Rangers and attended our client’s annual charity evening with auction and casino raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity.
We sent a team member to Bali to work with sea turtle conservationists which was a 'thoroughly incredible experience.'
Towards the end of each year, we have a suggestions box, where all staff can add their ideas for improving the company culture for the following year.
The most popular suggestions that have been adopted into our everyday life in the office include a pool table in the boardroom, sandwich toaster in the kitchen, your birthday off every year, on top of your holiday allowance and bring your dog to work days.
