My role as Operations Manager at CPI Selection sees me covering a wide range of responsibilities, including administration, accounts, credit control, analysing business data and ad hoc projects.
Originally from a banking background, I quickly realised that the sales environment, with its buzz and energy, was far more appealing and I have mainly worked in sales offices since. Outside of the office I enjoy long walks with my two German Shepherds, films and making progress on renovating my house.
My role as Office, Marketing and Event Coordinator entails providing effective and efficient support throughout all areas of the business. I love the fact every day is diverse! My typical duties include accounts, compliance, registrations, administration, auditing, payroll queries, sales support, managing social media accounts and organising events.
Previous to my role at CPI I have worked in Sales and Recruitment. Working in such fast-paced environments I am able to deliver under pressure and have the ability to prioritise a busy work schedule. Being organised is key to success!
CPI is hands down one of best places I have worked. Everyone is friendly and approachable and the management are supportive and they reward hard work. Once of my favourite memories would be an evening at the Crazy Bear and having a fantastic meal in their Thai restaurant.
Outside of the office I enjoy socialising with friends and family, watching films or TV series (pretty much all genres) or searching for my next holiday destination.
As a Marketing Executive, my role involves a variety of different aspects. I focus on developing an external, and internal awareness of who CPI are. This involves brand awareness, managing social media accounts, writing and collating content. Etc. One thing I love about my job is that no two days are the same, every day is unique and I am definitely kept on my toes! My journey here at CPI Selection has been just that…a journey! I have thus far learnt a lot, and grown and developed within my role. I am excited for what the future will bring, and am excited to see how marketing and branding efforts will continue to help CPI to progress and grow as a business.
Outside of work I love reading and learning and being outside in nature. I also love travelling and experiencing new cultures.

Based in our High Wycombe office; Richard has been working as an Accountancy & Finance Recruiter in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and surrounding counties for 8 years, having previously been working in Finance himself.
Richard’s passion, energy and speed to act means he is often ready to help at short notice with pre-registered candidates in the local area to suit a wide range of vacancies, from non-qualified general ledger or supporting roles through to fully qualified Management or Financial Accountants, Finance Managers and Finance Director positions.
When he’s not working, you’ll either find him under the bonnet of his beloved car at Track days (probably fixing the bloody thing) or enjoying some competitive Airsoft at one of the many sites in the local area.

I was brought into CPI-Selection to drive, grow and build the Temps Division to be the supplier of choice to our clients. Internally we have a fantastic team environment and enjoy a great work / life balance and are given complete autonomy to execute and deliver our goals.
Outside of work most of my time is spent with my two children aged 8 and 11, whether it’s sitting down and helping with homework, taking them to one of many of their activities or just being their taxi! When I do get spare time I go to the gym and I can play a mean game of chess.
I have worked in recruitment for over 10 years where I specialised in running an Industrial/Warehouse desk. I am well versed in the due diligence of thorough interviewing, referencing and being very selective in who I work with. My level of commitment with clients is 100%, and I am excited about developing a positive working relationship with new clients and candidates.
Here at CPI Selection, my days vary greatly. There is a lot of on the job training which helps with personal and professional goals. I am undertaking the 360 degrees recruitment cycle. I look after client and candidate recruitment requirements. I am currently growing and developing an Industrial Temp desk within the Local division. I really enjoy working at CPI Selection, I have made a lot of lovely friends here. Even when the pressure is on, there is room for laughs, and there are so many experienced people who welcome questions and advice.
Starting my career in retail and spending just shy of 1 year temping in a local sales office doing admin, I was contacted by a local agency to register as a candidate. During my registration appointment an opportunity to join the temps’ team was discussed and I very quickly started as a Support Consultant and have loved every day since!
Primarily focussed on temporary support, I have also dabbled in a bit of permanent recruitment – two very different paces and both recruitment processes having perks! I particularly thrive on the variety of roles I cover – Admin, Customer Service, PA, Office Management, Account Managers, Sales, HR, Marketing. Essentially, anything commercial within an office environment, I love a challenge!
I pride myself on quality over quantity and live by the motto of “you are only as good as your last candidate”, I listen and engage to work smarter and make the recruitment process less stressful for both clients and candidates.
Outside of the office my weaknesses are: Wine, Espresso Martini’s and Miniature Dachshunds. I enjoy being with my family, dinners out with my friends (or a takeaway in your comfies!) and force myself to spinning, Pilates and running each week.
Adam joined our Local division specialising in Contact Centre recruitment concentrating on placing both UK and Multi-Lingual professionals within Customer Services and entry level Inside Sales positions.
His previous experience working in Customer Services, Sales and an analyst background with a strong local network has resulted in Adam making a very positive start to his career in Recruitment. Adam has strong communication skills and an empathetic approach and is already delivering the highest levels of service to both his clients and candidates.
Outside of work Adam is an avid footballer and plays in the local Hellenic league. He’s also currently learning how to play the piano in his spare time.

The roles are typically market research and IT telemarketing, although I also recruit for proof reading roles.
I have only been with CPI a few months; my previous background was in advertising and retail management which I feel has given me the transferable skills to pursue my career as a recruitment consultant. Based in our Head Office, Harvey covers the whole of the South of England. He covers roles across Cyber Security, Computer Software, Cloud Data and more.
Outside of the office Harvey enjoys socialising with friends, playing golf and working out in the gym. Harvey has played a variety of sports growing up and has always enjoyed being active.
Sarah joined CPI Selection as a senior level commercial recruitment consultant with over 30 years’ experience as both a head-hunter and within search and selection.
Sarah approaches recruitment from a proactive and reactive stance and provides continued excellent service, placing the client and candidate at the heart of all her activity.
