As Manager of the Marketing division at CPI Selection, my role involves a variety of different components. I predominantly focus on the growth of awareness of who we at CPI are, and help integrate our values and beliefs into the core of our company culture.
I work closely with each consultant, assisting them in the development of their own personal brand and supporting their representation of our company brand through our social media and digital presence.
I enjoy the opportunity to represent CPI Selection digitally by managing our company website, social media accounts and email marketing. I hugely enjoy the autonomy of creating and collating content and having the creative license to support the growth and expansion of CPI Selection via Marketing efforts.
There are several aspects I love about my role, one being the fact that each day is unique - I am definitely kept on my toes!
My journey here at CPI Selection has been just that…a journey! I have thus far learnt a lot, and grown and developed within my role. I am excited for what the future will bring, and am excited to see how marketing and branding efforts will continue to help CPI to progress and grow as a business.
Outside of work I love reading and learning and being outside in nature. I also love travelling and experiencing new cultures.

I love the fast pace nature of recruitment and enjoy communicating with lots of candidates from an amazing assortment of different cultures and backgrounds. Due to the nature of my role I have the opportunity to chat with individuals from many different countries, with a range of different languages. I personally love languages and am currently learning Arabic.
I am really fortunate to work in a nurturing environment with a great team here at CPI Selection. I have grown a lot within my role and have enjoyed building and developing my desk. I am excited for what the future of the market has to offer!
In my spare time, I enjoy researching botanical medicine, learning languages, being in nature and eating really great food!

Outside of work I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends and also love performing arts. Over the years I have performed in pantomimes as Mother Gothel in Rapunzel and Baroness Hard-Up in Cinderella. I never quite made the West End, so here I am.
I am a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on finding top quality sales candidates to fill our vast amount of roles within the technology sector. Based remotely, 95% of the time, clear and precise communication with the team is paramount. In a candidate-driven market, working at speed and under pressure is how I excel. I aim to provide the best service to our candidates, from qualifying their experience, needs, and wants, to providing top-class interviewing techniques and preparation.
As a mum of young twin's, spare time is hard to come by, but outside of CPI Selection, I spend my time raising my family, keeping our home in order (as best as possible), enjoying walks, and exploring new places but also a glass of wine and Netflix's binge is my best remedy to relax and unwind!
My role as Operations Manager at CPI Selection sees me covering a wide range of responsibilities, including administration, accounts, credit control, analysing business data and ad hoc projects.
Originally from a banking background, I quickly realised that the sales environment, with its buzz and energy, was far more appealing and I have mainly worked in sales offices since. Outside of the office I enjoy long walks with my two German Shepherds, films and making progress on renovating my house.

Outside of the office I have a busy life with my wife and five children; I am naturally competitive, a regular gym user, a declining footballer and a frustrated golfer.
