We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to join our client who are a rapidly growing organisation within the Leisure industry.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development initiatives across the UK, supporting site managers in establishing and maintaining strategic local business relationships to enhance footfall, revenue, and community outreach.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Set and monitor sales targets, providing guidance and support to site managers.
  3. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  5. Collaborate with other departments for effective cross-functional communication and alignment.
  6. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

 

Skills:

  1. Salesforce or Similar CRM Software: Strong knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to manage and optimize customer relationships.
  2. Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  3. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
  4. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and ensure successful implementation.
  5. Strategic Thinking: A strategic and creative thinker with a proven track record in relationship management and a focus on exceeding KPIs and financial targets.

 

This is an autonomous role that requires a self-starter with the ability to manage their own time efficiently.

 

The position involves extensive travel throughout the UK, and a car allowance is included.

The successful candidate will also be required to travel regularly to the central London head office in Kings Cross.
