Our client are a young, well-funded and dynamic fin-tech start-up, that was founded in 2011, and currently boasts two products. They are now looking to expand their facilities team, the ideal candidate will support the Facilities Manager in their day to day duties and take responsibility over some key areas. 

  • Supporting Facilities Manager with projects such as:
    • Building works
    • Maintenance
    • Arranging events
  • Preparing and reviewing orders
    • Milk
    • Fruit
    • Stationary
    • Consumables
    • Stock taking
  • Car Park & Lockers
    • Reviewing and allocating parking bays
    • Completing car park tag checks
    • Updating and maintaining car park spreadsheet
    • Locker allocation and updating spreadsheet
  • Calendar Management
    • Reviewing bookings
    • Printing out calendars daily
  • Meeting preparations
    • Catering
    • Parking
    • Room preparations – drinks, stationary
  • Birthdays – making sure all team birthdays are celebrated with balloons, chocolates and a card.
  • Supporting the Facilities team by helping cover reception breaks and holiday and adhoc administrative tasks
  • Liaising with contractors and site team.

Working Hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
