My client is seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Account Handler with 6-18 months of experience in the insurance industry to join their team in Amersham.

This role offers significant opportunities for training and progression, particularly in non-standard and high net worth insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of a small book of personal insurance clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships and understanding customer needs
  • Explore further opportunities within the client base
  • Support Account Managers in day-to-day operations
  • Demonstrate the professionalism for which the company is renowned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 6-18 months of experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong self-starter with proven ability to manage workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and existing product knowledge
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
  • Passionate customer advocate
  • Experience and confidence in using computer systems and software
