Trainee Recruitment Consultant

£16 - 20K

LinkedIn and Job Boards – candidate attraction
I can talk about the different aspects of legal and CPI compliance that I need to adhere to and demonstrate the checks I have in place.
I follow the CPI recruitment process.
I can demonstrate my understanding of CPI and recruitment terminology.

I have experienced:
1x Client ownership – CPI Process in place
and
2 New Clients – Supported.
I can describe when I have experienced a conversion, client visits, managing terms, Times and Dates, candidate management. I have presented a full client Job Description to the team.

I have at least 10 Candidate registered/ week. I have accompanied SC/RC on F2F interview to promote best practice.
I can demonstrate a competent level of marketing. I can demonstrate and brief a candidate show an understanding of client requirements.
I can describe best practice for telephone interviewing and I am able to coach a candidate prior to an interview.

I have an appropriately sized client base and an active pipeline to reach my funnel targets.
I can demonstrate consistent competency in working to the CPI Client Process. i.e Time and Dates and controlling/influencing the hiring process.

I can demonstrate confidence and competence in speccing out quality candidates ‘Cold’ where there is no live vacancy.
