Senior Sales Manager

$B Cyber Vendor is searching for a Senior Sales Manager to run a Team of Account Executives across the DACH Territory.
Looking for a driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead, coach, and motivate their team to overachieve their quota.
· Develop and execute comprehensive strategic “go to market” business plans
· Manage the team’s performance and productivity to achieve targets.
· Motivate and drive high-performance teams and promote a culture of achievement.
· Develop comprehensive sales and business plans to acquire new Clients.
· Establish a "trusted partner" relationship internally and externally.
· Deep knowledge of sales cycles and hands-on Sales.
· Following up with accounts, formally and informally, to measure satisfaction level.
· Participate in selected industry activities, organizations, and trade shows as assigned
· Handle customer escalations
· Work together with the marketing team to build a solid go-to-market strategy
· 3 years Plus as a leader within a software business.
· Proven track record of success.
· Strong leadership skills
· Strong Sales Methodology MEDDIC etc
· Excellent presentation skills and communication skills (verbal and written)
· Sales Hunter at heart
· Travel is required as needed, mostly within Europe.
