We are looking for a Sales and Operations Executive for one of the fastest growing toy companies in the business. Our client is part of a large international group and due to their growth and success are looking for someone to support their International Team.

This role will act as a crucial link between their sales and operations teams, supporting their customers globally.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Sales order processing specifically including.

  • Advising on order placement and delivery planning.
  • Order reviews/sales order entry.
  • Monitoring Far East production.

Customer relationship management.

  • Responding to customer order requests/enquiries.
  • Communicating with customers on production/delivery updates.
    • Anticipating/resolving issues.
  • Communicating with colleagues internally regarding customer order requirements.

Maintaining management information about customer accounts and open orders.

  • ERP database updates.
  • Preparing open order reports.
  • Analysing and reporting customer sales and order fulfillment data.
  • Providing insight on sales data by account.
