Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences? My client is looking for a Park Manager to take charge, inspire, and lead a dedicated team towards achieving brilliance in both basics and unforgettable moments.

The role is based in London paying £50k per annum with attractive benefits. The working hours are 40hours per week with a lot of weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the park excels in 'Brilliant Basics' and creates unforgettable 'Moments that Matter' with exceptional customer service and industry-leading activities.
  • Managing and coaching the Hospitality, Experience, and Entertainment Managers, focusing on succession planning.
  • Driving financial performance through analysis, action plans, and budget adherence.
  • Upholding high standards of customer engagement and service.
  • Overseeing recruitment, training, and development at all levels.
  • Implementing cost control and purchasing efficiencies to optimize site EBITDA and profit margins.
  • Ensuring consistent HR & H&S compliance.
  • Driving Brand Standards and successful Brand Scorecard achievements.
  • Establishing strong local business relationships to enhance commercial success.
  • Managing KPIs and being accountable for their achievement.
  • Maximizing event attendance through effective advertising and capacity planning.
  • Building collaborative relationships with other Park Managers and central function teams.

Skills

  • Minimum 5 years' strategic leadership experience
  • Profit & loss ownership expertise
  • Proven financial data and KPI management skills
  • Successfully managed and led large teams
  • Exceptional customer service and engagement abilities
  • Knowledge of industry H&S compliance and standards
  • Background in hospitality with tech-savvy skills
  • Proficient in core Microsoft applications
  • Desirable: IOSH qualification
  • Desirable: Service-led industry background (e.g., adventure parks, family leisure parks
