The role is based in London paying £50k per annum with attractive benefits. The working hours are 40hours per week with a lot of weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the park excels in 'Brilliant Basics' and creates unforgettable 'Moments that Matter' with exceptional customer service and industry-leading activities.
- Managing and coaching the Hospitality, Experience, and Entertainment Managers, focusing on succession planning.
- Driving financial performance through analysis, action plans, and budget adherence.
- Upholding high standards of customer engagement and service.
- Overseeing recruitment, training, and development at all levels.
- Implementing cost control and purchasing efficiencies to optimize site EBITDA and profit margins.
- Ensuring consistent HR & H&S compliance.
- Driving Brand Standards and successful Brand Scorecard achievements.
- Establishing strong local business relationships to enhance commercial success.
- Managing KPIs and being accountable for their achievement.
- Maximizing event attendance through effective advertising and capacity planning.
- Building collaborative relationships with other Park Managers and central function teams.

- Minimum 5 years' strategic leadership experience
- Profit & loss ownership expertise
- Proven financial data and KPI management skills
- Successfully managed and led large teams
- Exceptional customer service and engagement abilities
- Knowledge of industry H&S compliance and standards
- Background in hospitality with tech-savvy skills
- Proficient in core Microsoft applications
