My client is an innovative marketing agency based in the heart of the Thames Valley, specialising in creating insight-led, imaginative, and technically advanced retail solutions for some of the world's leading global brands.

Due to their growth and success, they are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join their Installation and Maintenance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, controlling, and reporting on installation, maintenance, and fulfillment projects. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and control all elements of installation, maintenance, and fulfillment projects.
  • Ensure that projects meet deadlines, are within budget, and maintain a high level of quality.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Work closely with team members to deliver multiple projects with moving deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with peers in the agency.
  • Participate in the end-to-end design, production, and fulfillment service.
