CPI Selection is pleased and proud to announce another year as a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) for 2022. Gaining REC corporate membership requires registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and to have passed the REC set compliance test, which must be retaken and passed every two years.
As a member, CPI Selection must comply with the REC’s Code of Professional Practice, which gives peace of mind to our clients and candidates alike that we are working within all compliance, ethics and professional standards.
Over the last couple of years where Brexit and Coronavirus have had large impacts on the recruitment industry, the REC has helped CPI Selection navigate the complexities of the Coronavirus Bill, the Job Retention Scheme, SSP changes, furlough payments, right to work checks, and IR35 to name but a few of the more challenging trials faced.
With rising inflation, labour and skills shortages, changing client needs, candidate expectations and new technologies there are a lot of challenges CPI Selection currently has to face as recruiters. With the help and guidance of the REC however, we are confident in not only meeting these challenges, but helping our clients and candidates thrive also, safe in the knowledge that they’re getting the very best level of care.
