Due to their growth and success, they are looking for an Export Administrator to work within their Supply Chain Team which plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and documentation across borders worldwide.

The Export Administrator will be responsible for managing the flow of export documentation for all international shipments. This role requires close collaboration with various internal departments, including buying, quality assurance, finance, and international operations, to ensure timely and accurate processing of export documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce necessary export documentation for all international shipments leaving their Distribution Centres.
  • Organise import from EU, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Collate key information from internal departments to facilitate the smooth dispatch of goods.
  • Liaise with Distribution Centres, shipping companies, and international partners to coordinate the collection of goods.
  • Communicate any amendments or shipment delays to relevant partners and internal departments.
  • Manage collections from the Distribution Centres to align outbound workflow with overall operations.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with international partners and shippers.
  • Ensure all export documentation complies with UK customs requirements for effective tracking of international shipments.
  • Contribute to the development of business export and import processes.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties such as analysis and reporting as required.

My client is easily commutable from High Wycombe, Amersham, Beaconsfield and accessible from the M40.

Salary £25K - £28K

This is an office-based role with some flexible working from home x 6 days a month.
