Contingency Recruitment


Contingency Recruitment is predominantly used to fulfil vacancies upto mid-level seniority. This service works on a no placement / no fee basis and is probably the most common form of recruitment at this level.


Advertised Search


If you are looking to tap into candidates that are not actively on the market we can run an advertising campaign on your behalf managing the responses efficiently and professionally, we then shortlist and interview candidates to forward to you for interview. We have preferential rates with various Media and trade magazines that we pass on to you. 


Retained Search


This method is generally used with senior appointments. The client “retains” the recruiter to exclusively locate suitable applicants via Headhunting, Database search and advertising. The Client typically pays a third of the fee value up front, a third on providing a shortlist and a final third on completion of the assignment.
